Terms and Conditions

1. Goods sold are not refundable. Defect items are only entitled to exchange with same price products or you can choose other mutiple products which the total sum are equivalent to the purchase price

Pre Order Policy

1. We will make order from ours overseas supplier every Monday of every week, the item is expected to arrive in 14 days from the date we place the order
2. Please do not place the Pre-order if you can’t bear the waiting period and expected to receive item exactly in 14 days, There are some hidden problems might delay the shipment, delay notification will sent to ours customer
3. Defect item will not ship out to ours customer unless the minor defect is agreed and accepted by ours customer. We will notify ours customer about the defects by photo and email
4. There is no refund for defect item, kindly replace the order for other similar product or we will proceed the same order again or exchange for other products in ours store for the same value
5. We do not guarantee the quality of the product (Size Colour), some items you receive might not as 100% same as shown in the picture
6. We will not bear the responsibility if the item does not fit or you does not like the item, please be careful when you place the order
7. Please do not use your imagination to place order, the quality of the product is referred to the exact item
